So Sorry to say but my experience has been so awful with this place the staff is extremely rude. There is no communication system at all they don't call back they don't respond back to emails. Only the dentist was nice I genuinely feel bad for him. Requested records multiple times over 3 weeks with no follow-up. When I called, staff was dismissive, crossed the line told me I am not in their system and hung up the phone. Very disappointing experience.
