I have to change my review after several years of going to Heneger dental and Cardinal dental. First off the new receptionist staff is rude. I miss the original staff. I called the day before my appointment because I live 40 minutes away to be sure my insurance was in place was told we called verified you are all good. I get there first the one snatched my license out of my hand then the other one said oh by the way your insurance won't be covering your visit today it's a $100. It's not the point of the $100 because i have s HSA card for that it's the lack of respect on how she said it and the failure of calling me to tell me before I arrived. If anyone has ever been to Heneger it's never just a $100. I did not feel valued as I had in the past to want to spend my money there wether if it was a $100 or a $1000. I will find a dentist in Garland that will respect me as a patient and communicate properly.

Some of the worst customer service (if you can call it that) I have ever encountered. The lady on the phone was very rude and would cut me off when I would try to explain my situation. The receptionist passed me to a lady who would yell at me when I would try to speak and called me disrespectful if I tried to explain my situation. Never in my life have I met such a rude person. Do not schedule anything with them because they will force you to pay if you have to reschedule but if they need to reschedule, they can do it without penalties. How are you going to make rules about rescheduling yet you break them?

I had a great experience at Henegar Dental for a crown and wisdom teeth extraction. The procedure was completely pain-free, and everything was clean and well organized. Dr. Henegar is highly skilled and explained each step clearly, providing detailed post-procedure instructions. The hygienists and assistants were professional, caring and friendly, and the front desk staff members were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend this office for quality dental care.
