On May 18, 2020 I broke a tooth. I called Henegar Dental where I have been a patient for about 5 years. I was able to schedule an appointment for May 21, 2020. I arrived at 9:15 for my 9:30 appointment. I was taken to a treatment room. Dental assistants came in and out several times and informed me the dentist would be in shortly. I waited and waited. At 11:30 the dentist finally came in and took a look and told me what needed to be done. I asked him what time it was? He told me 11:30 and I stated that I had been sitting there for 2 hours. He quickly informed me that the office “ had worked me in”. Really ????? As it turned out I was in the dental chair from 9:30am until 2:30pm. Absolutely ridiculous. I had to make another visit yesterday so they could complete what was started. I’m happy to be done with this facility. Their lack of time management is uncalled for and unacceptable. I will never return to this office for any reason.

Came in for consultation and cleaning. The entire staff was very courteous from the time in until time out. Also very pleased with the cleaning preformed.

I needed them today - sat in dentist chair for 4 hours. Broke a tooth and got a extraction, crown and a bridge 🥴. Got me set up and ready to go again. Staff is ALWAYS Nice and Professional.
