I set up to have a regular cleaning and check up. I was told on line that my appointment was at 8:30 a.m. Someone personally called me to confirm it. When I came in they said my appointment was in the computer for 9:00 a.m. I had quite a bit of wait time. There was a lady who took me back to the room and organized some things. She was kind. She told me that my hygienist was going to a wonderful lady and told me about her. I was surprised when a Male hygienist came in to treat me. He did a great job and made me feel at ease. He checked and did a short cleaning. He was kind and professional. He told me that it would be a good idea to get a cleaning every 4 months. The dentist came in and did a very brief exam. He explained the procedure very well. I was told that I need to get a root canal and a permanent crown. I believe that the price that I was given was high. $1,126 for a root canal with crown and $891.00 for a permanent crown. with dental insurance. with out insurance it would cost $3,000 for the root canal with crown and $1,800 for the permanent crown. The check and cleaning was listed as a periodontal maintenance procedures and cost $85 with insurance and $160 without. This only includes a simple check and cleaning. The xray prices were not included. The prices for xrays were average. I believe that I was overcharged and am going to check around. The office staff were all polite. The bathroom was clean. I was given a toothbrush, toothpaste and floss. I will consider using this dentist again.

Dr. and staff are super friendly and professional. Consultations are thorough and informative with clearly presented options for treatment. Dr. Henegar is expert in knowledge and procedure!
