I love the staff here. They are professional, friendly, and good at what they do. I can't give 5 stars due to the fact they have daytime TV (eg, Ellen) playing in the room while they clean, examine, or work on your teeth. I'm not interested in it and I know sometimes the hygienist gets distracted by what's happening on TV. They should offer to turn it on or off. The last time I asked that it be turned off and then immediately felt like a jerk because I realized the hygienist was into it. This time I said nothing. No harm was done and I didn't feel nervous, but I just couldn't help wishing it was off.
