Staff has gone downhill since Dr. Anthony Henegar was there. The staff was rude and not welcoming. The lady who checks insurance coverage was unable to perform her job correctly. They did not listen to the patient at all. Very disappointed. Dr. Anthony Henegar was amazing. I hate to see his practice so poorly run.

An unexpected incident occurred which resulted in the extraction of a tooth. Three individuals quickly saw to my dilemma and with the utmost professionalism, I was taken care of immediately. Miley took my initial call and scheduled me the same day. She was very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. Fatima (Dr. Henegar’s assistant) quickly put me at ease and explained the procedure along with my options in detail, ( I would have mistaken her for being a dentist with her ability to explain to me all of the intricacies and options and knowledge of interpreting the x-rays etc., and lastly, but just as important, Olivia, who was ready and proactive in having contacted my insurance and laying out the costs associated with the options given. In summary, all three individuals were exceptional for their professionalism, knowledge and friendly demeanor. It was truly a good day and a pleasure to meet and work with these individuals!
