Prior to my visit I received a text detailing COVID safety protocols that I would need to adhere to in order to complete my dental visit. It specifically noted that only the patient would be permitted unless special circumstances exist. Upon entering the lobby, I observed a group of three individuals, all adults, in the lobby. One with no mask in sight and the adult Male had his shoes off and his dirty feet actually on the office chair. After my cleaning ended I was set to have molds. Four failed attempts later, she stated I need to try this again. Still without one acceptable mold, I informed her that I could not spend any more time there and left. My experience with Henegar Dental is not what it used to be and is certainly declining. Will strongly consider whether or not I will return.
