Dr. Henegar is very good and has great staff but do not recommend Hetal Patel to do the semi-annual dental cleaning. This person is a horrible dental hygienist. During my visit today, she was helping someone else and then waiting for the reception desk to tell her that my insurance covers Fluoride application. Fluoride goes at the end of the cleaning, so I do not know why she had to wait to start the cleaning. Then, she finally starts the cleaning rushing through it, mangling my gums, which were bleeding. The reception desk confirmed my insurance covers the fluoride application, and the hygienist just smeared it all over my gums instead of applying it on the teeth that I just had to spit it out. Very sloppy work!!! Do not schedule dental cleaning with Hetal. She seems to be all over the place instead of focusing on the patient and doing a careful dental cleaning. This is the worst cleaning I have had at this office. Horrible. I told the office not to schedule me again with her.
