I will start off by saying that I hate dentists. My last cleaning was 12-15 yrs ago because of it. I needed to go to the dentist recently and found Arthur Henegar to be very friendly and professional, Not only him,but all of his staff. He explained everything and was very gentle and patient with me. He pulled out a wisdom tooth and guess what?! no pain! I also have cleaned my teeth with his staff and it was doable. I still hate the whole idea of seeing a dentist, but if I need a dentist I'm glad that I have Arthur Henegar available.

I dont normally leave reviews, but I wanted to put this one in because of the wonderful treatment I had here. I, like many, I'm sure, not a fan of going to the dentist. I had an abscess and had to go in to have it looked at. I saw Dr. Sandhu who was SO nice and not at all judgey with her assesment of my bad tooth and the course of treatment that I was going to need. She didn't go on about the other things that I'm sure she saw that I needed done. She told me those things and said, I'd need to have them done, but that they could be done over time. There was NO pressure to have a ton of work done next week. I was put on a 1 week round of antibiotic to get rid of the infection and would need to have the tooth extracted and an implant or bridge to replace it. I requested Dr. Sandhu for the procedure, but she was unable to perform the extraction, she took the time to come and and explain to me why and that Dr. Henegar would be doing it. I got nervous...really nervous. But Dr. Henegar comes in with his pleasant and welcoming demeanor, with a smile, kind words and a FULL explanation of EXACTLY what he would be doing. So he gave me the shots to deaden my mouth and then little poke tests to make sure I couldnt feel anything and then told me that he would be just loosening the tooth, with a little back and forth movement, maybe a little pressure, but not pulling just yet...in about a minutes or maybe 90 seconds, he said, ok that's it! Blink, blink...its over???? He smiled and said, it's out! And everything looks GREAT! I didnt feel a THING and these folks are SOOOOO nice, I'll recommend them to anyone I know that needs any sort of dental work! I really like both Dr Sandhu and Dr. Henegar and their very sweet and acommodating staff! 5 stars ALL DAY!

Quick in and out to check my tooth. I was sure any dentist I visited would really be aggressive in getting me to have something done for my toothache. But instead they pointed out the facts and said that things are pointing to my nasal cavity being the culprit. That is how you win over people and their loyalty.
